Refund policy

Thank you so much for doing kingdom business with Tru Lov3! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward exchange process. Please read the following guidelines to understand our exchange policy: 

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
  • Products that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for exchange. 

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Before sending the item back, please contact our customer support at glowupwithcocoflowers@gmail.com to request an exchange. Provide your order # and details about the item you wish to exchange. 
  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  3. Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. After inspection, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. You will receive an email notification with the tracking details of your replacement product.
